About
The craft of running a great club
Australian clubs of every type are held together by trust, habit, and a lot of quiet work by secretaries, treasurers, and volunteer boards. Tools should respect that: clear Australian governance defaults, a calm premium-minimal interface, and no novelty for its own sake. ClubCensus is built to support real governance — compliant notices, defensible minutes and packs, traceable money, and members treated with the same care off the course as on their best day. Bill, the ClubCensus Assistant, carries the load a senior secretary would.
What we believe
- A well-run Australian club deserves software that matches the standard it sets for members and visitors.
- The secretary’s time is precious. Bill exists to give hours back, not to add another thing to learn.
- Australian governance obligations (notice, COI, policy, packs, audit) should be visible and actionable by default — not a heroic end-of-month effort.
- Your club’s data belongs to your organisation, scoped by role and protected by design.
Team
We are a small, product-led team with deep respect for the people who keep Australian clubs running. Public bios and photos will appear here in a later release. For now, the work speaks through the product and the calm it brings to secretaries and boards. If something feels out of place, we want to know.
